Cincinnati has a long history of philanthropy and community engagement, demonstrating a commitment to improving the lives of its residents and fostering the development of the city. Key players such as the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, United Way of Greater Cincinnati, and the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center consistently work towards addressing social issues and enhancing community health. Numerous organizations focus on combating poverty, improving education, and enhancing access to quality healthcare. Arts and culture are also key areas of philanthropic interest, with the Cincinnati Art Museum, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, and Cincinnati Ballet among the institutions that benefit from generous contributions. Furthermore, corporations based in Cincinnati, like Procter & Gamble and Kroger, have robust corporate social responsibility programs, funding a variety of local and global initiatives. This vibrant philanthropic landscape is further nurtured by countless individual volunteers who devote their time and resources to support causes they care about.
In 2024, we will direct 3% of our net income to philanthropic initiatives specifically selected by our clients. If we represent you in the sale or purchase of a home, a donation in this amount will be made to a charitable organization of your choice.
This will complement our ongoing commitment to making a difference in our community, where we have pledged an additional 3% of our net income to initiatives focusing on healthcare, homelessness, and hunger. These include ongoing partnerships with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (CCHMC) and the Freestore Foodbank of Cincinnati.
We further our commitment to healthcare by backing childhood mental health programs at CCHMC through the GiveSmart platform, where we actively participate in fundraising via auctions and raffles .
Together, we can build a healthier, stronger community.
